Armenian Volunteer Corps

Diasporan Armenians from any part of the world, who posses the motivation and ability to volunteer themselves, their time and their talents to Armenia for a long or short service term (minimum of 1 month), and are above the age of 21. Past volunteers have ranged from the ages of 21 to 72. There are no language requirements.

AVC seeks high-caliber volunteers with a strong sense of responsibility. Living and working in Armenia takes dedication, flexibility and patience. A major part of the AVC experience is getting a realistic understanding of what the picture of modern-day Armenia is by living and working side by side with local Armenians. AVC has a reputation of bringing respectable volunteers who have an open-minded world view and understand cultural differences and are willing to put their own expectations aside in order to lend their skills and talents to make a difference, large or small, in their homeland.
