AVC accepts applications year-round on a rolling basis. Please click on the Microsoft Word file below to download the appropriate application according to the length of volunteer service you intend. 

We have 2 applications: 1) If you plan on doing volunteer service for 4 months or less, 2) If you plan on doing volunteer service for more then 4 months.

We prefer that you submit all your application materials 2 months before your intened arrival date, but require that you submit them at least 1 month prior to arrival - allotting roughly 2 weeks to process and review your application materials and make the necessary arrangements before your arrival in country.

Once we have received all of your application materials you should receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and a day and time for your telephone interview. Your application will then be forwarded to our acceptance committee and you will receive an e-mail notifying you if you have been accepted into the program. If you are accepted you will receive an information e-mail with detailed information about your trip to Armenia and your job placement.

If you are interested in participating in Birthright Armenia, you should apply to Birthright Armenia upon your acceptance into AVC.
